Today we are releasing the fourth release of our JD Edwards Self Service Password Reset solution. SSPR supports end-users to reset their password quickly and securely, without having to put in a service request in at the Helpdesk. SSPR increases the efficiency of your Helpdesk, increases end-user productivity and supports global 24/7 availability.

- Monthly reporting on password changes
- Notifications on failed SSPR attempts
