Aevitas and Forza Consulting realized a 6-week implementation including Go-Live, the direct result of mutual project dedication and client and supplier investing in a long term partnership. Key requirements ensuring a successful project were: centrally managed project management, sr. management as project sponsor, no system customizations and a phased roll-out (country by country). Training was provided through on the job data entry, combining database building as well as end-user training, ensuring a swift end-user adaptation of JD Edwards.
